Watts Lab reads the work behind you—your rides, recovery, goals, and time—then shapes the session ahead.
Life gets busy. Legs feel different. Some rides take more than expected. Watts Lab keeps the direction, even when the route changes.

Flexible where it matters. Firm where it counts.
The plan adapts to your schedule and your legs without compromising recovery, progression, or the purpose of the work.
Hard days need room around them.
Watts Lab adapts the workload without stacking intensity where recovery needs space.
The week can change. The goal doesn’t have to.
Missed rides and limited time reshape the route—not the direction of your season.
Every change should make sense.
See what changed, why it changed, and how the next workout still moves you forward.
HOW IT WORKS
One ride becomes the context for the next.
Ride Data
01What happened.
Every ride leaves a record of the work completed.
Rider State
02What it changed.
Effort, fatigue, fitness, and feedback resolve into a picture of today.
Training Decision
03What fits now.
The goal remains, but the next workout meets the rider where they are.
Adaptive Plan
04Where you go next.
The path adjusts while the direction stays clear.

Questions riders ask before handing over the plan.
Clear answers about the decision, the data and the public beta.
01How does Watts Lab choose the next workout?
It reviews the rider's goal, training phase, recent rides, session feedback, recovery status, available time and plan constraints before presenting the next session.
02Does it replace a cycling coach?
Watts Lab provides automated training decisions and the evidence behind them. It does not provide medical advice, and riders remain in control of whether a session is appropriate.
03What happens when I miss a workout?
The plan can recalculate upcoming work around the missed session while preserving the goal, phase and recovery guardrails of the season.
04Can I use the workouts on an indoor trainer?
Structured workouts can be used through the product's ZWO workflow, while the calendar keeps the same session and plan context visible.
05What data does a training decision use?
Connected ride records can contribute power, heart rate, cadence, route, elevation and load. The decision surface shows which inputs were reviewed instead of presenting a black-box recommendation.
06What does public beta mean?
Watts Lab is currently a free public beta. Features and availability may change as the training system is tested and improved, and the service does not promise an availability SLA during beta.
